1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Fangdas* to its clients — in particular within the framework of project inquiries and the booking of predefined service packages.
2. Conclusion of Contract & Project Execution
A package is booked in writing (email is sufficient) based on a binding proposal.
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the proposal by the client.
Work begins after receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed.
3. Prices & Payment Terms
All package prices are fixed prices (in USD, plus applicable sales tax).
50% deposit upon commissioning, 50% upon project completion (unless otherwise agreed).
Invoices are payable within 14 days.
4. Changes, Additional Services & Revisions
Changes to the package scope are possible for an additional fee.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (e.g., two).
Additional revisions or extra requests will be billed separately.
5. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation by the client is possible prior to project start, subject to a service fee (minimum 20% of the package price).
Once the project has started, the full package price is due, regardless of completion status.
6. Copyright & Usage Rights
Fangdas* retains all rights to the work results until full payment has been received.
Upon payment, the agreed usage rights are transferred to the client.
Any use beyond the agreed scope requires a separate written agreement.
7. Liability & Availability
Fangdas* shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or technical failures caused by third parties.
Liability is limited to the amount of the respective package price.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Los Angeles County, California.
